Fraud company!

Fraud company!

I ordered the wrong product. I tried to call them on all available phone numbers but all went direct to answering machine.

I write them in hope that they would not send the package. I told that the order was wrong and that they should not send it - no answer.

I then got an update that the package was sent.

Then they answered my mail and told if the product was the wrong one I could easily send it back, and I should just let them know and they will send info.

I received the wrong product and answered their email that the product was wrong and I want to return it. No answer.

A week later I write them again to remind and ask what is happening- no answer.

Keep away from this frauds.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered some wood from these people but after realising i had ordered the wrong type of wood, the very next day i filled out their online cancellation form, i waited 3 days before enquiring what happened to my cancellation only to be told that (dispite a 14 day return policy) my order had already been sent, i recieved the parcel after four days.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order in November for Christmas and despite receiving a confirmation saying my order was processed in full it did not ship for over 3 more weeks and when it did ship some of the items were missing. I was not even notified they sent an incomplete order just noticed a partial refund and then all the calls were hung up on and no email response for days. Now a week before Christmas they respond saying "oh sorry something is missing you should try to find it somewhere else". Terrible service and very unreliable. Do not waste your time.

Very bad experience.

Very bad experience.
They were fast to accept the money but n when I asked to cancel order after waiting a week I received no answer.
Telephone they never answer.
Emails they don’t reply.
They advertise good prices but service is below standard.
Items were posted after I wrote this review and were received well delayed.
Use this site only if are not pressed with time and expect long delays

Change jobs, it's not for you

I thought I had found a serious and well-stocked modeling shop but I bitterly have to change my mind. Bad is to pay a compliment. I purchased a set of Tamya Insigna WWII 1/16-1/35 decals with PayPal. After my email they tell me that the goods are on their way!! A lie since I never received the courier's tracking number and on my registration page on the site it was "waiting for the goods" or never shipped. I send other clarification emails without any response. Stay away from these people. improvised and naïve. an experience to forget. I got refund from PayPal

Parts ordered and paid 2 months ago, supposed to be in stock.
Till now never received. DHL tracking number given does not correspond to shipment. No info.
THEY DO NOT REPLY IN EMAILS
THERE IS NO PHONE number available to call.

Bad communication does not reply to any…

Bad communication does not reply to any emails.
Ordered parts on sep30th 2024 did not even receive a order confirmation.
Phonecalls are not answered.
The excuse of beeing to busy and therefore not replying any emails is not correct in any way.
Customer expect service and information when asked for.
I do not understand why they not answer emails like any other business it only frustrates customers.
See what happens in the coming days

Update: 2024-07-29
After many letters, the seller finaly answered and wrote that one item is on backorder. The other items were sent to me and everything was fine.
I waited almost 2 months for a refund for the product that was in backorder, and I also had to ask every week when I would get my money back.
