My CD problem
One of my cd cases has 2 medium sized cracks in it. The other two CDs were in great condition.

Smooth and Pleasant In-Store Experience

Great vibe
The staff at the watford hmv store were all super friendly and chatty! It was cool they were smiling and chilled. Great bunch of people to talk to about films and music etc
