Super service!
I visited the HMV Wakefield store and place a click and collect order for a vinyl. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the click and collect process and the delivery itself to the store was very quick!! Staff on collection were again really friendly and helpful and made sure I got the correct order, love this shop thanks again!

Quick, no-fuss help
I bought the wrong thing - entirely my fault. I took the item back to a different store, and there was no fuss at all sorting a replacement. Polite, helpful and friendly.
