Victor is a Star! 🌟
I went to the HMV Store in Lakeside Thurrock, to purchase a few of the Michael Jackson Vinyl Albums, (my son’s a huge fan)!
Victor helped me on the day, as I there was one of MJ’s Albums that was showing in stock on their system however, after searching the shop for me, Victor could not find it.
Victor was really friendly, patient, attentive and really took the time to help me 🫶🏽 I was with my young granddaughters (aged 4 & 2)…extremely rare and refreshing, to see this kind customer service these days
Victor also put my order through, to be delivered to my home, (which was much more convenient for me).

Great choice of records and competitive…
Great choice of records and competitive pricing. I bought on line but took one back to the store as I already had it! Exchange was hassle free, just had to show my invoice. The receipt came through on the emails which I liked too. Also the staff in store at Thurrock Lakeside were super friendly and helpful.

The young lad that served us was extremely knowledgeable about the product that we wanted to purchase, needed to have delivered to the shop he did the order and was most helpful in the process.

Very good service
I purchased from the 3 for £66 vinyls and I ordered it on Wednesday night. It was there by the following Monday. They also did very well placing the package in my safe space which I requested
