I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

Love that HMV has reinvigorated itself. Stores are well stocked and interesting.

Collected package
Collected package. The package was slightly damaged. When I got home opened it and both the vinyl covers were damaged.

I had an e-mail to say my order had arrived in store but when I went to collect it, it seemed that was incorrect and I had to return at a later date.

I walked in there to get vinyls for my collection, as I walked in the staff gave me a smile and asked me if I needed help, they was very respectful and they let me take my time with what I was getting, they came to check up on me and double checked if I needed help, they helped me find something that I couldn’t actually find, the shop was very clean and tidy, the line long the staff worked quick,if your looking for vinyls, movies or anything like that I would recommend you going there
