Massive Shoutout To The Peterborough Store!!
Want to give a massive shout out to the Peterborough Store, I was served by Adam and purchased 2 items i.e Blu-Rays that were scanning at the wrong price/price hadnt been updated from the website to reflect instore, after some back and forth with the manager (sadly cant make out the managers name written on the card provided with the receipt ) went above and beyond and honored the price for those blu-rays that were showing on the HMV website.
I shop regularly at the Peterborough Store, the Peterborough Store is fantastic addition to Queensgate as it saves me time instead of having to travel to various HMV stores in the UK to purchase physical media.
Due to this experience today 19/03/2026 this will keep me shopping at the Peterborough Store for many years to come.
This is the type of experience i expect after being let down so many times by the online website.
