Excellent service, great organisation and a superb event. Will definitely an album launch and signing again. Staff very helpful at all times and this made it a very enjoyable experience

Amazing experience!
Ordering online was easy. Collection at store for cds and wristbands was also great and the intimate gig and signing were amazing. It was well organised and all staff were brilliant. However there wasn't alot of communication about timings for collection prior to signing which would have been useful.

The only reason I’m not giving the full five stars is that my 2 vinyl wasn't ready on time. I had to make two trips to Oxford Street, and I almost missed out on the BTS Arirang poster. Luckily, Ivan sorted it out for me—huge thanks to him! 🙏🏼

The album signing and meet and greet was very organised by HMV, even to their bag and coat hold and keeping the energy high. They were particularly great with any customer that had a disability and also with the elderly making sure that they got to see the artist ahead of the able customers.
