NIGHTMARE TO GET THROUGH TO THE STORE....CHARGED 7P A MINUTE FIRST, THEN COMPUTER VOICE SO QUIET CAN HARDLY HEAR IT, NO OPTION TO ASK IF CLICK AND COLLECT ITEM IS IN, CANNOT RING THE STORE, WHEN PUT THROUGH IT GOES BACK TO COMPUTER VOICE AGAIN WHO REPEATS EVERYTHING TWICE(WITHOUT THE OPTION I WANT)...EVENTUALLY AFTER OVER AN HOUR, SOMEONE PUT ME THROUGH TO THE STORE......NO ANSWER.....!!!!!!!

Regrettably, we do not have control over what additional access fees the various phone providers charge. We did not get e mail telling us the product was in store so had to go down and check. Could not get through to store on phone -no one answered and because it was premium rate cost me alot. Very poor service. We could have used Amazon but wanted to support a local store-this all needs to improve to use again.
