The staff at harrogate could not have done anything more to make my purchase of a blu ray disc film which was not in stock but they did manage to secure this for me easily within a few days.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The people at the tills are always very nice. Also really good quick delivery. Good selection of badges at the tills. I really like the new Lord of the rings badges.
