Why HMV is a kool place
It is difficult for me to shop as I am a person with Autism and being in public has its drawbacks with so much ignorance and lack of humanity. HMV has been a place where I have been shopping since I was a young man and now I am 55. Every time I shop here everyone is excellent and helpful and most importantly,the staff are always very friendly and polite. I hope this continues because HMV have always been a place of quality.

I ordered a 4K disc and it was…
I ordered a 4K disc and it was dispatched on the 24th April for collection at HMV Cardiff, it has not arrived, I went into the store and asked if it was in, the staff did not look for it just told me it was shown as dispatched. I'm not impressed.

Why I love HMV So much
I love HMV So much. I see loads of Target exclucive Vinyl and CD from America, and I feel so bummed as I love collecting. But I soon learnt about H.M.V (His Master's Voice) a basic UK equivelent of the US Target and is probably actually more better too. I have done shopping in H.M.V multiple times, in December 2025 when I bought the 'K-pop demon hunters' H.M.V exclucive box set, then in January when I bought not one, not two but 3 CD's. Olivia Dean 'The Art Of Loving' Dua Lipa 'Radical Optimism' and Myles Smith 'A Minute...' But my experiance buying the new Bruno Mars album 'The Romantic' on H.M.V exclucive white vinyl was amazing, I had pre-ordered it the weekend before Easter Holidays and it arrived when me and my family were away in London, luckily my uncle came and collected it before it got stolen (That would've been bad!) now I enjoy listening to it very much. I highly reccomend H.M.V to the next person starting a collection.

Album never arrived
I pre-ordered an album the night it was available. A week later I am still yet to receive my vinyl since it was delivered to the wrong house in a completely different area. DPD did an extremely poor job at delivering my album.
