Ordering In-Store from the Depot.
Ordering from the store was easy, with pleasant, helpful staff. The reason you only get three stars is because of a problem with feedback from the Depot. One of the CDs I ordered turned out to be out of stock, although still showing in-store and online. I was not informed by the Depot, I had to visit the store where I was told. I have subsequently received an email from the Depot explaining, but not telling me how long I would have to wait for despatch. There was also a week's lag from my order confirmation. This certainly needs improving or I would hesitate in future to order more in-store or online. So five stars for the store and staff and one star for the depot, giving an average of three.

Good experience
A physical shop in which to browse as well as pick up an online order for a specific item. And chat with staff and other customers including swapping ideas. Why did nobody think of that before... the internet

Great in-store service!
I ordered Sepultura "Roots" via click and collect. I chose to collect at the Bexleyheath store. After six days, I still hadn't received notification to collect, but I visited the store anyway, as I was in the area.
At the counter, I explained that it was a long shot and that the order may still not be ready for collection. However the member of staff was extremely helpful and went through the morning's goods inwards and found my order. Excellent commitment there!
It should also be noted that I ordered another LP online for delivery. That arrived bang on schedule.
