Very Sketchy Experience

I sent two miners to this company for hashboard repairs because they advertised that they repair AntMiners. The hashboards were reporting 0 asic after intermittently doing so for about 2 weeks. Besides not hashing they were in perfect physical condition. All seemed ok for the most part as they send you an agreement to fillout regarding the repairs and fees etc. No upfront cost and the estimates were very reasonable (or so I thought). They recommend sending the entire miner so that they can confirm that "everything works" before sending it back to you.(Hmmmm) I sent my miners off and sent them the tracking number so that they knew what was coming and how they were being delivered. Well after about 3 weeks I started to inquire about the status and could not get any straight answers. As it approached a month I demanded the return of my miners. They quickly piped up that they just finished working on them and that one of them was not able to be repaired but one was and by the way here is the bill for about $650.00. I thought OK at least they tried and now I have one miner repaired and another still not hashing. Delivery was fast! When I opened the boxes, one miner was missing multiple screws and the other that was not repaired was also missing screws and when I turned it on its side it sounded like all of the heat sinks were just rolling around in the miner. I opened it up to take a look and to my surprise there were heatsinks, chips and what looked like painters tape on the board with hand written notes stating that the board was burnt. On one side of a board it looked like the chips were melted and sliding off the board. The craziest thing about this is that it look someone parted my boards out to fix other miners and slammed some old hashboards from somewhere in my miner as place holders. The only issue with my miners were that they were reporting 0 asics on a few hashboards, no physical damage. I have had boards repaired before but this was insane. I asked why did it look like a child put the miner back together and why were there chips missing. They apologize for the rush job in putting them back together and said that if the chips are rendered broken they do not reattach them. Well they could not if they wanted to because it looked like someone simply had a parts hashboard that they substituted for mine. I have contacted the local authorities about this scam and will be working with others who handle this sort of thing. All in all they have cost 1 full S17+ and 1 S17+ hashboard because the one they claimed to fix had a damaged chip on the board after a heatsink fell/got ripped off. I even sent it back to them to fix it only for it not to work even still. I cut my losses and began working directly with Bitmain. Beware of HMtech LLC. They are not what they seem when it comes to repairs. I see that they also mine but have no idea about that.
