Desværre en dårlig oplevelse med firmaet

Vi havde et godt byggeprojekt med firmaet, men da vi oplevede problemer med det brugte materiale, henviste firmaet til producenten. Da producenten kan dokumenterer, at produktet er anvendt forkert, forsøger vi at kontakte firmaet omkring en løsning - her vælger firmaet ikke at svare på nogen former for henvendelser.
Da vi efter flere skriftlige og telefoniske henvendelser ikke har modtaget noget svar, føler vi os tvunget til at skulle igennem klageinstanser for at få firmaet i tale.
Vi kan derfor desværre ikke give vores anbefalinger til at benytte firmaet.
