Fast response and delivery and always correct

Interface was easy to maneuver through. creation process was simple. Pricing was awesome.

I appreciate the selection and quality of the embossers and the ease of making the seal - it was a piece of cake!! This is the second school that I have purchased an embosser for and I wouldn't go with any other than a Hitt embosser!!

I was ordering a replacement die and was trying to save several concept drafts. Unfortunately, your "save the draft" does not save the drafts to my account and I had to redo my order each time.

Placing an online order was simple, A little concerned of being out of stock on some of the Prenco items i was needing.

Every time I have a question or even forget to complete my order, they are prompt to respond and assist. This is customer service above and beyond. True value to our business.

the website was a little hard to find what I needed. when I searched for one shot only the ink showed up. it would have been nice to have all the oneshot items appear. I then had to figure out that they were under stenciling. But getting my password changed with person on phone went smoothly. updating addresses did not everytime I put in a new address and said to the billing, it changed both to that default

The shipping price for 2 door name plates is way too high. You need a ground advantage choice and you could put in a bubble envelope for $^.

After I found where to place an order, it was easy!

Ordered 2 part epoxy marking kit on 11/29 and my card was charged. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received the kit. Called customer service and it has not shipped yet, and not going to ship until 12/27. So much for communication about a lead time. We are now past our customer's dock date.

I did not like the fact that you overcharged for ups ground shipping.... the 2 ink pads could go via USPS flat rate small box for under $10 or UPS Package first class with tracking should cost under $5 charging over $16 is absurd

Clear and fast communication in resolving an issue

I found the website and procedures clear, simple, and organized. The options for stamp and embosser designs were more business in character and less designer wedding. I appreciated the straightforward options and the quick manner of arranging my embossing.

Placed an order on 10/30 and have not received product. Have emailed for resolution to my issue and have not received response. Today is 11/28.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT - just taking your money.
