Booked car rental through another suplyer and payed premium insurance with them as my previous expirience of renting in Turkey was great. Hit rent a car Izmir airport, this time disapointed m e completly. To long to wait to be pic ked up at the airport to go to company office is bad enaugh by it self. I was offered by
them to buy their own insurance cover for the price of 20€ per Day for the Peace of mind with no deposit needed and what'ever hapened no cost. Ok to offer, but since I have had insurance purchesed i decided to stick to what I already paid for. The person taking the payment proceed to use my credit card to block the funds for the deposit. He told me that the card was rejected and it could be something wrong with settings. I have been using the card many Times before for rental purposes in deferent places with no problem. Gave another card, the same problem. Was told that if I want still rent the car i need to buy their insurance otherwise he will cancel reservation. I had the option of either pay extra 200€ or being stuck with my family in the middle of nowhere after dark, far away from the airport and destination hotel. Never more To rent from Hit in Turkey.

Scammers. My credit was valid till Nov. Hired car in Sept. Hour late for pickup and then said need 6mth on card. If buy Insurance cost £350 then it will be OK.
Stay away from this Co and call police.
