Excellent Customer Service!

I spoke to Eureka and Ruby in the customer service department when I was having trouble activating my license on HitPaw Video Converter.

Even though this is an older software that is not currently being promoted, they went to great lengths and updated a new version to address the problem, and sent me a link.

I am now happily back online thanks to the technical expertise and dedicated customer service at HitPaw, even on a product that they are no longer promoting.

I prefer their video converter and their edimakers as well. Those products are sold at reasonable prices. For the converter, I like their convenience while downloading videos. For the edimaker, I admire their user-friendly interface.

I have contacted HitPaw for technical support a few times since I purchased their product HitPaw Univd. Support has each time contacted me within a day or two with specific guidance on how to address any problems on my end or by sending me a link to a new update that fixes any error I have encountered. Their detailed support exceeds my expecations!

I wanted to change my primary email address with HitPaw, but I couldn’t do it myself. I contacted customer support and received a response very quickly. They helped me change the email address without any issues. Very helpful and very fast service. A great company! ⭐

I don’t normally have to contact Hitpaw as their software is largely self-explanatory. However, when I contact them I can always guarantee a very prompt reply. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff are always willing to help, and any issue is quickly resolved. Recently I had an issue with upgrading my software, and they were able to help me out and resolve my problem both inmediately and efficiently. Many software suppliers hide their contact details or are slow to respond - if at all - so it’s heartening to do business with a company who has pride in their product and eager to support it!

HitPaw is the best photo editing software I’ve used for restoring and enhancing old pictures. It does an excellent job of bringing out clarity and detail without distorting the original image.
