I ordered here 3.12. coat in size 4XL (i am big and tall, it fit well) order come 8.12. no problems fast shipping, good material. 0 problems here (i am from Czech Republic ) part of EU, negative feedback what i read, was from dumb people who do not understand border tax in UK (no longer part of EU)...

Excessive delivery charges to the UK.

I bought a shirt for 190 Euros - approximately £165. I paid an additional 25 Euros delivery charge to them.

I realise that since the UK left the EU one pays the VAT on imports. The VAT due should have been 38 Euros = approximately £33.

Their shippers, SkyNet Worldwide Express, imposed and additional charge of £72.95. For that reason, I refused to accept the delivery and requested that the shirt be returned.

The shirt is now 'in the ether'.

Neither Hirmer nor the shippers are being helpful.

May I suggest that customers in the UK get a cheap flight to Germany and visit the shop in person?

Appallingly bad customer service. Do not use their online store!

Sadly i have to give a 1 star rating

Sadly i have to give a 1 star rating, no customer service, no tel calls answered i have paid them £257.85 and they have had the returned goods for around 9 days still no refund i bought through pay pal = DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i WILL TAKE THIS MUCH FURTHER THEY DO NOT KNOW MY LEGAL STANCE AND CONNECTIONS.

Horrible customer services

Horrible customer services. Absolutely horrible. I highly recommend to avoid this company. You probably safe untill you have issues. But if any troubles with the order or delivery you receive 0 support. Very expensive though! Better to find the same items with different business who have great customer service
They sent me wrong order, wrong tracking number, wrong derails of the delivery company, didn't even acknowledge my complaint. Business gets marks for quality of the customer service. This business doesn't have quality of service.

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ORDERED SOME SHIRTS FOR MY HOLIDAY , CHASED THEM UP AS NO TRACKING INFO , TOLD ME THEY WOUPLD CALL ME BACK AND DID NOT SO I HAD TO, CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET AN ANSWER AND THEN WHEN I DID THEY PUIT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME AND SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEKS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING CUSTOMER RELATIONS I WOULD AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY , IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MOST DEFIMNATLEY MY LAST TOOO

Staff member shouts at us and kicks us out the store

Me and my friend were shopping and we touched a tshirt to see the back and a member of staff walks up to us shouting at us to get out, then he continues shouting as we tried to ask why. He then kicks us out the store. We didn't like this amount of anger this worker had and we were a bit traumatised from this experience.

This happened at a hirmer store in museumsquartier, Vienna

Hefty customs charge, long wait and bad experience

Ordered a blazer and a shirt. It took about a week for them to ship and then I was slapped with a £90 import duty charge. after that it was stuck in a courrier warehouse for almost 2 weeks and I had to spend hours trying to chase the courrier so they would deliver. Once the items arrived I was travelling and when I got back home and tried on the jacket it was much too small.. of course I could not return it, plus I would have had to pay for the costs of returning as well, meaning I would have been further out of pocket. I will never order from them again and anyone thinking of ordering from the UK, stay away from them! Finally I think that I would have been better off ordering a jacket from M&S as the quality was shockingly bad.

Daylight Robbery

The clothes are alright and quite expensive, but what I can’t take is the fact that they have hidden unexpected charges. First of all, I ordered an expensive Jacket. Tried to track it and was told that there was a hold on my item. When I called Hirmes to find out this, the guy in charge had no clue about anything and was just busy blabbing nonsense. 4 days later I call parcelforce and I am being slapped with a £64 customs charge. I buy from companies like Zalando, also stationed in Germany and never had to pay any customs charge. Hirmer is definitely not seeing my money again. Utter Rubbish
