After having delivery issues with another well known online watch supplier I ordered from Hilliers Jewellers for the first time. The watch was delivered, well packed the following day. 1st class service and I will certainly be using this company for future orders.

Outstanding service from Hillier Jewellers.
I purchased a a Citizen watch. It was well packaged and delivered quickly.
I stupidly missed a discount offer until I had finished ordering. An email to Hillier Jewellers was promptly answered and a refund was paid to my account.
The service could not have been better.

The service has been Exemplary. They are a family Jewellers and its apparent how they know about each sale that happens, and care about each person they sell too.They will help to resolve any issues with no fuss and help in any way they can.I seriously can't recommend a better Jewellers to deal with.
Huge thanks to Tom, he's been fantastic.
We buy watches all the time, we love them,but we'll only buy from Hillier Jewellers after the terrific and humbling experience received from them.
