I placed my order Thursday and it arrived on Monday. The quality is brilliant and just like it was advertised, the Eniyah high low A line, The 4 piece Manha wrap is a modest wear and again comfortable. The colour I originally ordered was not in stock and the lady rang me and explained so I took the colour that was in stock and it looked amazing too. I also recieved a complimentary bag which was very kind of the lady to do so. The service was impeccable and I would definitely be ordering again inshaAllah

Firstly the packaging and pencil gift were lush. The hijabs are really beautiful and lightweight perfect for the summer. The colours were exactly as seen on the website.

Mashallah Allah Huma barik lae, this sister made sure my order was sent out on time even though she had her own 4 day event, came back and still made sure my order was packed and sent out without delay! Received my hijabs and i am in love with the ready pleated one. I only ordered one of that style thinking it may not fit my face as i have a really tiny face! Honest customer service.
First, an item from my bill was not available and I got refunded right away, which I appreciate the quick reaction.
There was a complication with my order, the team had forgotten to send my order in time. In response to that, they sent a gift and the email exchanges were efficiently prompt.
This is another example of how quick and honest the service is. Mistakes happen but what is more important in the business world is how it is mitigated/solved.

I was given excellent customer service. I was notified that the product I ordered was out of stock but the company managed the situation and gave me an alternate abaya as well as a free tote bag. I will be recommending that everyone orders from here. Very friendly and trustworthy.
