A* products and customer services outstanding very helpful

A snapped buckle on a heavy duty rucksack caused us Duke of Edinburgh worries but contacting Highlander directly to enquire about a replacement solved the issue immediately. i would happily have paid for new parts but needed direction. In the event, a replacement buckle was sent out speedily and free of charge - really excellent service and very personal and swift. Impressive.

Excellent product and amazing customer service. Anders couldn't have been more helpful and the bag I purchased is exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be buying again.

It’s unbeliveable that an item can be made that bad🥵 The backs plastic inside turns to pieces after a short use. Everytime you turn it upside down you need a vaccumcleaner!
"Designed in Scotland" made in China. A plastic bag from the nearest supermarket is much better!

Visited the highlander store in Ayr whilst the sale was on, I bought shorts trousers Boots and coats I was impressed with the items I bought, I recently had a problem with the boots and contacted customer services who were Brilliant and resolved the issue for me 5 star service

We bought their outdoor folding seats about 10 years ago. Have used them on beach holidays, as easy to fit in case. They have taken a lot of abuse over the years and are still intact, they appear indestructible.
Just thought great products should get a worthwhile review.

I had an issue with the material quality of a pair boots purchased last year.
On receipt of both photo evidence & proof of purchase I was sent a replacement pair.
I was however, mostly impressed with the speed, efficiency, and attention given by Anders.
This level of customer service is sadly quite rare these days & is to be commended.

I purchased two pairs of Highlander Forces STOIRM trousers back in November and I really liked them! That is until after only a few months of light use, the zipper on one of the pairs has completely fallen apart to the point where they are now unwearable unless I get the zipper changed (which sadly wouldn’t be worth it for a £40 pair of trousers). Quality issues can happen, however I've e-mailed Highlander Outdoor over two weeks ago to let them know and they still haven't acknowledged my issue.

**EDIT** after this review was posted, Highlander got in touch (It seems my e-mail got lost): I was put in touch with Customer Care and my issue was dealt with very rapidly (Anders was extremely quick and helpful). It’s great to see a brand that values their customer and the quality of their product so much. Recommended

I just missed the 12pm cut-off for next day delivery but needed something urgently for my son's cadet camp weekend. I called and Anders went out of his way to help, ensuring my order was passed to the warehouse for next day delivery and following up with me by email. Great customer service.

I purchased an item late at night from the online shop and realised I had made an error with the shipping address, so I sent an email hoping something could be done. By the time I had logged in at opening hours, I was surprised to find that Anders at customer service had already corrected my mistake. Anders then went above and beyond to make sure any doubts I had were dealt with and provided me with all the reassurance I needed by thoroughly checking through the process and explaining what was happening. The parcel arrived the next day, brilliant service from start to finish !!

Hello brought 2 pairs highlander boots amazing customer service. First pair boots faulty within one week . So customer service exchanged for me . 2nd pair faulty. Look great for £100 .I expected them to last atleast 2 years . I wouldn't recommend waisting ur money on these . I'll attach photos so you can see wot happen to both pairs within 2 weeks . I'm just truck driver so no heavy manual work on boots .

I had ordered 2 stow & go pac jackets. Very good quality for the price. I had mixed up my original order and needed the jackets for a weekend away. Weather has been not our usual summer weather. More like April showers.
Contacted Anders through the customer care team. Exceptional Customer care service on planet earth. Anders went above and beyond to ship a new jacket for my weekend away.

Fast turnaround of my order which was placed over the Easter weekend.
Very please with all the items, particularly the Canna jacket which will be tested out on my annual trip to Skye in a few weeks time.

I have used Highlander Outdoor on a few occasions and never stopped to leave a review before.

I put all my kit to the test, using them in all weathers and and often. I have always been really impressed with the kit and my customer service experience.

Shocking Customer service, ordered item on next day delivery, still hasn't arrived, ordered on 2nd Dec, told don't work at weekends, called on 4th still in Warehouse they blamed DPD, called again 5th still in warehouse, called again this morning 6th, still in Warehouse, service is a joke, blamed DPD

Firstly sold an item that wasn't in stock but took my money. Refunded.
Returned an item - no sign of a refund !
False promises. They don't respond to Paypal messages and seem to be ignoring the PayPal dispute I've raised. Looking at previous reviews seems they make a habit of not making refunds and making false statements about PayPal procedures.
They also don't have an exchange system so you have to re-order so they've got double the money
Trouble is they products are pretty poor quality or far Eastern cheap stuff repackaged to look better quality.
