Good price prompt service

We had a recent recall on our Coachman Laser 845 caravan with regards to the habitat door. Booked it in with services at Highbridge and dropped it off on the required date. On drop off I mentioned about a few small issues which required looking at and which Highbridge accepted was covered under warranty, They added to the work already booked in. 1 week later the servicing dept ( an exceptional lady called Debbie) called to say all work has been done and is ready for collection. Checked over caravan and could not fault the work or the first class service that the Highbridge team had done, throughout this whole process Debbie kept us informed and was so nice and polite and nothing was too much trouble, Debbie is a massive credit to Highbridge Caravans. Thank you. Highbridge Caravans are simply an excellent dealership providing first class practices and services. 5 stars are not enough.

Alternator failed on my 61 plate VW California I bought from Highbridge, Devon a year ago. Contacted the service department who could not have been more helpful. I told them the van was booked in for a service with a local workshop not on their list of usual companies but the service desk lady said to just get them do the alternator work and send them the invoice. Made life so much straightforward. Highbridge, Devon have been consistently outstanding with both vans I have bough from them and will be the company I go to for any future purchases. After sales and service are simply outstanding. Thank you.

Tuesday 24th Sept: I called into Highbridge Caravans to get answers to filling out change of ownership form and to book a service for our new Bailey Phoenix 640.
After speaking with Dean, Lisa and Debbie in After Sales, not only did they answer all my questions but saved me £179 for a service on the Bailey Phoenix as it had already been completed prior to our purchase.
Each time we/I've visited Highbridge Caravan's our experiences have been very positive, informative and very, very helpful.

Was easy to order and the discount was given automatically at checkout...we did go to your devon branch to purchase the chairs & footstools but the delivery of them never arrived so to avoid missing out on the great offer I ordered them online to be delivered to my home.
