This my first experience in using Hifix and it’s certainly won’t be the last. When ordering you get all the information you require in one email followed by shipping updates which are very accurate. Excellent subwoofer, efficient delivery
I have been a customer of Frank Harvey since '86 and this was the first time I did online order! Subwoofer arrived couple of days after I placed the order, it was well packaged.
Subwoofer is large and heavy but it's bass, well the family are delighted! So I'm happy.
I may have selected the T9x but it was well over £1k so compromised with the 1205 which was on at a good price point.

Excellent 'Customer Service'
Ordered a pair of Mission LX5 Speakers, but sadly ParcelForce Oxford 'did not treat them with care' & they arrived damaged. HiFix subsequently sent a Replacement Set in their own Van & also 'price-matched' a slightly lower price I had subsequently found - So, excellent Customer Service after initially being badly let-down by their Courier.
