Bought cooks professional soft ice cream,smell burning,loud noise, I've hi-fi tower 4 times and no reply, ignorant, untrustworthy scamming people, eBay order number: 21-14807-06869

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism from HiFi-Tower / Electronic Star. My order #1701030989 (€485.98) was lost due to blatant negligence, and now the company has gone completely silent—failing to respond to emails and keeping their phone lines unreachable.
The Scandalous Facts:
1. Falsified Delivery Record: DPD Driver Darragh marked my 20kg parcel as "Signed for by Porch." This is a LIE. My property in St Edmunds, Lucan DOES NOT have a porch. The driver falsified a signature to abandon a high-value item on a public walkway.
2. Negligent Abandonment: The item was left unattended on a public footpath with high foot traffic. I was home from 18:11, but the driver never rang the bell. The "delivery" happened only 3 minutes after the notification—an impossible window for any resident to react.
3. Zero Accountability: I have provided photographic evidence of the public area and a formal Affidavit of Non-Receipt. Instead of resolving the issue, HiFi-Tower has blocked communication.
4. Security Risk: By abandoning heavy electronics in public, they are practically inviting theft. My parcel was stolen within an hour due to their driver's laziness.
WARNING TO ALL BUYERS: Do not trust this company. They will take your money, their couriers will dump your goods on the street and forge signatures, and their customer service will disappear when things go wrong.
I have already initiated a Chargeback dispute with my bank and reported this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). If you want to keep your money safe, BUY ELSEWHERE.

A customer since 2019 who has noticed a massive deterioration in product quality and customer service. I had an issue with a heating unit several years ago that was handled magnificently, but when a unit I purchased in Sept 2025 was deemed faulty in January 2026, as of the 24th March 2026, I am still waiting for a resolution, the company having ignored my email, then told me I was two years out of warranty, then stated it was my responsibility to package and return the unit, sent out another faulty unit, and refused to pass my case onto a manager and have stopped answering emails. This company is not to be trusted.

I would give zero but it doesn't allow. Avoid this company as they are scammers. Sent me a faulty product that nearly went on fire. Waiting x3 months to return as won't send me courier paperwork. Customer service is awful as they don't care. Charged me twice for product. Still waiting on refunds and product to be collected. Avoid if you want to preserve your mental health. Reported to European Consumer Commission.

I have also been scammed by the company DPD tell me there is no such tracking number. I get automated messages, no phone call, just blank.
It's time to contact the authorities.

Please dont buy from this site. It's an absolute con. Sent me two faulty products trying to get a refund they lied and said they have sent it when they havent. Then say someone will respond in 48 hours nobody does. Lost nearlly £300 Please stay away from them

​I loath writing negative reviews but perhaps I can save other unsuspecting potential buyers from this company. There are plenty of other reviews detailing products faults, lousey communications and awful returns policy so there seems little point in reiterating. However, I have been forced to conclude that this company purposefully engages in a form of customer deceit. Their playbook is to ship faulty, substandard products and then wear down their customers' will for restitution until they simply give. My advice, if you have been unlucky enough to fall into their trap is to contact your payment utility and request a chargeback as soon as possible as you are most unlikely to be successful in obtaining any equitable solution from this company.

hifi-Tower / klarstein ARE CHEATING an OPENLY LYING

This company is a scam. I’ve ordered incorrectly. Tried to cancel at the same moment and there was no way back. I’ve tried to contact the company by email 3 times. Requested to cancel the invoice when I received. And to cancel by chat 4 times. They would said that it was cancelled (same messages always) to wait 24h and I was still receiving the DPD delivery message saying my package is on the way.
I tried to cancel with the delivery with DPD but they said only HiFi Tower can cancel and by policy if there is nobody at home DPD would leave it with a neighbour or at the door.
The situation is: HiFi tower doesn’t cancel an order except if you refuse the delivery. Their delivery company does not require signature and leaves the package at the door.
That means. Once you click to order it’s done. So be very sure what you are ordering and the correct address.

Don't use them
We ordered nearly four weeks ago, the item was meant to be here in 3/5 days. They've refused a refund, items are lost in transit, spoke everyday to them...nightmare. avoid at all costs.

Received a broken heater, having a horrible time trying to get through to customer service, phone number didn't work, return form failed with an error code 400 (no idea what that means), waiting 3 days for an email response. Absolutely ridiculous, it's freezing cold here

Glad I didn't take any notice of the negative reviews. Visiting the site, I thought it was too good to be true as the prices were so reasonable. Ordered from Ireland and had delivery within a week. The item was initially not delivered but the customer service from Hifi-Tower was so responsive and sorted the issue out straight away. Then when it was delivered, the door on the fridge was damaged in transit I'd say. Again customer service replied to my email really quickly - on the same day - at the weekend and again sorted out the problem straight away. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Great customer service and products.

11 September I got another message from Leeanne, full of lies, manipulation and hatred.

She wrote that I should contact eBay and PayPal for a refund. (she knows the purchase is over 6 months old).
Despite EVERYTHING BELOW:

What happened before:
hifi-tower RECEIVED ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS THEY SENT ME.
They received the broken product back.
Near 2 months have passed since then and every week I receive a letter from them: "I have forwarded your information request to our management department."
So they got my money and the goods (as THEY asked for).
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THEFT.

I ordered from this company. I dont get my order they answer for me for first two email and after nothing. I dont get my package and they dont want to talk eith me to send me back that money. Please nobody don’t order from this company. Is a scam!!!

need to send a ceramic hob top back but having difficulty, the returns slip is not scanning in the post office, how do I do this please?

Bought a kitchen extractor via this company's website on eBay,also known as klarstein Berlin.
A fault occurred during the guarantee period, reported the fault,took over a week to get a response.
They informed me they are not able to repair under the guarantee and offered a refund which I agreed to.
Over 4 months and lots of emails ,same excuses,it's been forwarded to the correct department to be dealt with.
This company is not professional at all,and if you buy from them you may get lucky and not have any issues,but if you have a claim under guarantee,you will not get any help, repair or refund.
All I can say is I would never buy from this very unprofessional company again,and will advise anyone who asks about the products I have bought from them of which there are 2.do not under any circumstances purchase anything from them hifi-tower via eBay or their other trading and brand name klarstein
. If there was a zero star I would have given zero.

Waited 7 weeks for a gas hob, the first delivery had improper documents and got lost, the second attempt has just vanished, waste of time, also customer service experience very poor

Ordered kitchen hood,order came in the week.absoulutly satisfied.

I ordered from this company as hifi-tower.ie and they charged me twice without approval and delivered 2 LARGE products while I was out of the country. They are now delaying/refusing to pick up/refund this error. I’ve had no option but to dispute the charge with my bank as it has been 5 weeks since the charge and they owe me nearly 900 euro. The stress of it all… don’t order from them.
