hidizs Reviews

After sales support is awful ! I bought an AP80 PRO MAX, which is supposed to support 2To SD-cards ; when I tried with a 1To card, the product was not able to build the songs library and repeatedly crashed ; I tried to contact the support, but they don't seem to feel concerned, no solution nor even an attempt to fix the bug ! In the end, I am able to use the product with smaller cards and less songs, which means that I cannot load all my songs, very disappointing !

Excellent. Arranged for early delivery. Supportive and communicative during the whole process.

Let's start with the fact that the staff is attentive and very nice. The delivery experience was not easy. The player itself [Pro X 80] is excellent in terms of sound, and the touch screen is excellent. There is a problem that transferring a song takes a while until it starts and a little bit from the beginning of the song is not heard. I am in conversation with the staff about this.

Pricing is great, but it's the quality that stands out. Everything I've bought from these guys is excellent. I've not had to use their after sales service but would expect this to be top notch too.

This company is outstanding. Their products are excellent, and the customer service is truly exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

my order arrived so good, but i still waiting my order # 30830, it´s have been in transit 31 days.

Good products, highly recommend

gREAT SOUND

I love the look, the sound and the price I got my in the ear headphones for.

The XO that they came with(it was a bundle) will sometimes lose connection to one of the ear pieces and I just have to move it a bit.

I love my high quality digital audio player. The sound is incredible compared to your regular electronic devices. Quality DAC.

I had amazing experience using Hidizs products, the customer service is exceptional

Thanks for everything.

Quality product, fast delivery.

it was a fast straightforward transaction. the product is very good. first time to buy that type of earphone and very satisfied with the product.

Shipment was a little slow, but the IEM was well worth the wait.

Excellent sound quality!

Starting off knowing it was a highly customisable iem sets, I took my time trying bright nozzle to warm ones and different tips and sources until I found the one setup which I fell for. Premium sound on budget? Hidizs truly did it. Even the peq's works so well although I don't use it (shout out to Ducbloke, he is been hyping this set as it deserves it).

• King of natural timbre for sure.
• Eartips included in the package are one of best.
• Wide range of customisations for everyone to find what they like.

Highly recommended set, one won't regret regardless of the edition they buy. All are excellent.

All ok. Good package, good shipping Infos.
