I just received my Australian cushion. The quality is so good! It has embroidery and the Australian flag is sewn together in pieces, very high-quality for the price. The delivery process. to Canada. Was a bit of a challenge, but the staff were very communicative and helped me through the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company.

Following a phone call to the shop and a conversation with a very helpful gentleman I decided to go ahead with my order. My order was dealt with speedily and I was kept informed at each stage of the process. Order arrived carefully packaged and much sooner than
expected. I am delighted with the quality of the cushions and will certainly purchase goods from Hicks and Hicks again in the future without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The quality of the Union Jack Aga pads are great. They are also slightly larger than previous ones I have ordered (from other companies) so fit the Aga lids lovely. A slight issue with the supply to Hicks and Hicks but I was given a choice of substitutes. Overall very pleased and will have no hesitation from ordering from them again

We bought a dining table (with extension) and chairs for our new kitchen and it is perfect.
The table extension is really user friendly, a feature that we have already made use of . Fantastic pre sale advice as it was a big decision about the colour of the chairs etc. Delivery was perfect, on time and really helpful - with all the packaging tidied away and removed.
Thank you so much, we are delighted. It is just what we were looking for and in perfect time for family visiting at Christmas !

We are absolutely delighted with our Natural Rattan Armchairs... they are even more lovely than we were expecting. The only reason this is 4, rather than 5 star, is that the website suggested we could expect them in a couple of weeks and it took a bit longer.... but actually well worth waiting for. Delivery was very convenient and easy for us.

Ordered an item which had 6 weeks delivery time. I got in touch at the deadline and was told it would have taken another 2 weeks. Still not delivered or dispatched, I emailed again and was told would have been delivered at the end of the following week and t didn’t happen. I emailed to cancel the order and I had no answer until I escalated to the Credit company. The seller then got in touch asking me to cancel the refund and that I was not entitled to it.
The credit company agreed and refunded me

Firstly we love our product and the speed in which it arrived. We did however notice a little damage/wear at the base which wasn’t much of an issue. Contacted customer service for some advice and guidance on how we could patch/repair our issue but no contact received which was disappointing when they clearly state “contact us with any issues”. Apart from that loved out item!!

A small family business that truly delivers on the incredible attention to detail. The two jars I have bought are exquisite and elegant. The company values the attention to detail. I am also quite happy with the flexibility demonstrated on the delivery service.

We spotted some wonderful sheep sculptures on their website and Tony worked so hard to get them delivered in time for us to take them to their new home in South West France. The whole transaction ran smoothly and with good humour. Thanks for making it happen: the sheep are very happy and the local farmers somewhat perplexed! We'd 100% recommend Hicks and Hicks from our experience.

Following my review on 2.4.25 I did hear back from Mr Hicks and I did eventually receive my bar stools after Easter. They were not suitable. I returned them and received a full refund this week. Thank you

I ordered a solar lantern on 30/1 and had heard nothing by 09/2 so emailed and have had no reply. Not what i am used to and shop online regularly.
Further to this review i have had communication and realised i had made a mistake with estimated delivery date and change my rating accordingly.

Trustworthy company. I ordered a model spitfire, and I'm very pleased with the communication, delivery and product.

Brilliant selection on the website, fell in love with the sheep statue.
Delivery took a little longer than initially stated but the updates were bang on and was well worth the wait.
Will come back to Hicks and Hicks again

Delivery was great and the distressed sideboard is lovely nothing like the colour on the website very green not grey which suited me but just beware
Tbh the craftsmanship is not great but the design and look is fabulous
Doors already sticking etc and only just in situ
However I am very pleased how it looks in the room

A large mahogany table was purchased and arrives several months later. There was reasonable communication from Tony Hicks, until it arrived and there was a large split in the table top. Since there have been two emails sent with no response. Poor service and not recommended.

The below is a poor response, given that two emails have been sent in reply to previous emails from you with no answer. A split table is a justified issue for defective goods. No response has no justification. An email was submitted with this review - please reply to it!

Really lovely products and excellent quality. We ordered a sideboard and it looks fantastic. Love the web site.

Ordered a black / brown toilet roll holder basket on 4/4/23. Haven’t received it and no updates. Can’t get through on the phone to see why it’s taking so long
