We've been using HiBob as our global HR system and are really happy with it. The automation features save us a huge amount of time on repetitive tasks, and the analytics give us the insights we need to make smarter people decisions. It's great to see how quickly the platform is developing—new features are released regularly, and they genuinely add value. HiBob is the central hub for all our global HR data, and it’s made managing a distributed team much more efficient. Highly recommend!

- The UI of BambooHR is way more simplified as compared to other platforms which makes understanding the pending tasks way more easier.

- Nowadays, since I've started using BambooHR, I could easily apply my future leaves/time offs and could notify my manager via the same. This excluded sending the log to and fro emails which saves my time as well as energy.

- I could easily view the organisation chart of my organisation which allows to view information for my teammates/colleagues.

- Along with that, the UI and platform interface of BambooHR is way more easier and simpler. This helps me to complete my tasks without any complexity which is a great advantage.

HiBob has streamlined our HR processes by centralizing everything from time off management and onboarding to org charts and reporting. It’s user-friendly, integrates smoothly with tools like Slack and Google Workspace, and has saved us time through automation- especially with holiday calculations and onboarding flows. The platform has improved both the employee experience and HR efficiency, and we really value the regular product updates and ability to submit feature requests that reflect our evolving needs.

I find HiBob to be very easy to use, practical and efficient.

We've been using HiBob for several months now and are really happy with it. The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for both HR and employees to navigate. The functionality is solid, covering everything we need (core HR processes, time off tracking, performance management, employee surveys and feedback, etc.). The help center, guides, and videos are clear and super useful; and whenever we’ve had questions, the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We transitioned to HiBob in 2025 as our business was growing rapidly and we needed a HRIS that would not only tick all of the HR boxes but was growing their product consistently. The growth of the HRIS functionality was important to us, and HiBob has shown a commitment to enhancing their product. Implementation was a breeze and user feedback has been very positive.

HiBob has been a game-changer for our team. As a startup previously reliant on spreadsheets, the transition to HiBob was seamless—and honestly, we can’t believe we ever operated without it. The platform is incredibly approachable and easy to use, making adoption across the company quick and intuitive.

I personally love HiBob for its reporting and analytics capabilities, as well as for managing performance reviews. It’s robust, flexible, and has far more functionality than we even realized when we first signed on. It’s clear the platform was designed with modern HR teams in mind.

On top of that, the customer support has been fantastic. Our account rep is responsive, helpful, and always eager to ensure we’re getting the most out of the platform. Overall, HiBob has become an essential part of how we operate, and I’d recommend it to any growing organization looking to level up their People Ops systems.

Honestly, they should rehire that Amsterdam sales team. They are commission breathing liars, who will just say 'yes' to anything to get a deal in. Then, once signed and revealed they sold pure lies: no answer. Weeks without a reply, for them to send an automated refund confirmation. That is not how you treat customers.

We've been using HiBob for just over 1 year now and it's made a huge difference to how we manage HR across the business. I absolutely love HiBob!

We were looking for a HRIS system that wouldn’t be like the majority of HRIS, boring and not really engaging to the wider workforce… until HiBob! It’s and HRIS unlike any other. Really intuitive, user friendly, the frontend is built as a social media platform which is really engaging to our employees, while in the backend there is the whole amazing HR ecosystem. As a heavy user and super admin of the system, I totally recommend HiBob.

A great HR system, easy to use, intuitive and really fits with the culture for our organisation.

We love Bob! It's so fun and easy to interact with! We went from spreadsheet upon spreadsheet, to Bob doing all the hard work for us. Automation and onboarding are brilliant and for off-the shelf system, it's so customiseable. Most of all, we love that Bob is constantly evolving and changing, and we hope it never stops imporving.

Hibob is the leading HR system out there.

HiBob allows us to setup very tailored HR processes (e.g. Performance Cycle, Talent Review) for the specific needs within different functions in the business. The setup of processes is easy and done within minutes. New feature releases are published every month, and the customer support is very quick in responding.

The implementation of new modules or features does not require a huge implementation project but can be done fairly easy and solo just with the instructions from the Bob Customer Support team.

I like Hibob's E-Sign feature. I use this feature daily to generate standard template letters to send to employees. I like that they allow you to change the signer if the original signer (as set in the esign template settings) is not available. This feature is good for when you are sharing job responsibilities with other colleagues or when you are covering for someone who is away.

Their task list feature (which can be automated or manually sent) is something I use everyday when it comes to onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, etc. No more spreadsheets needed for these processes!

Also am a big fan of the people's time off calendar because you can customize the calendar using filters and once you are good with the end result, you can integrate the hibob calendar to your own google calendar. I love this feature so much and rely on it to see when my colleagues are out of office.

The compensation and performance cycle is also easy to manage. It could use some improvements here and there but it is good.

In general, I use hibob to manage data on a daily basis for my job.

It's simple to log in and accessible via the mobile app as well. Additionally, when you request leave through this, it automatically sends a calendar event indicating that you are out of the office, which is a great integration feature.
