I called to make sure a vehicle was still available because I live 1 hour away, was told yes... Made an appointment for 1hour later, arrived on location and was told vehicle is sold and being delivered. Pressure sales to try to sell me another .... Left
I called to make a reservation on a test drive for a vehicle they were selling. That conversation went great. I got there and waited for about 15 mins which I guess is normal. The sales person sat me down gave me the info for the car and that's where things starting going wrong.
First off. I didn't even get to test drive the car. No matter the price, why would you buy a car without a test drive?
Secondly, there was 0 indication that the car was in an accident on the AD, only found out when I asked.
Seems like something fishy to me being such a large car dealership.
Thirdly, rookie sales guy says" there no negotiation, there's no room for negotiation, we sent the price and you pay for it"
Never again will I ever step one foot on any of your car lots.
I'll make sure my friends and family never buy a car from your company.
I wish I could give negative stars. It's been 2 weeks I'm waiting for my refund from Saint Leonard HGregoire. They just ask you to pay b4 even getting approved just to reserve a car. Plz whoever reads this as my personal experience, don't pay them anything until you are sure about the deal. Otherwise, they will not refund you the money.
