Terrible Service & Bad Company

This company is terrible, they are in debt and do not pay their uneducated staff. I would say that it would be a joke to come here and use their hosting. They would not give me my money back so I had to run claims on paypal, let's say that I won that battle. Do not TRUST THIS COMPANY, it will give you headaches!! I am now with Vilayer and they are great, no issues at all.

It had itensive CPU problems, even tho i wasnt reaching "My Limit"

slow costumer service, that does NOTHING about the problem, just excuses.

Bad support, ddosed all days etc...

Be careful with this hosting company, you will be ddosed all the time, if you want to be protected, you must pay $20 per month, the support is really bad (2 days minimum for an answer).

Rented a Server. Very Unprofessional.

I rented a server from these guys. Spent weeks working on a good server that amassed a decent community with 1300 users and roughly around 25-50 players online in the first 2 weeks. The server did seem to run choppy past 18 players I've noticed. But for 20 bucks, I didn't make a fuss. (Under their terms of service, your server will get suspended if you go past 30% CPU.) Then I got suspended at the end of the month for no reason. No prior notice, I was set to a monthly cycle. I tried for days to contact their "24" hour support..( Which happens to mean submit a ticket, and we'll eventually answer it in a few days if they feel like it basis.) No telephone number should raise RED FLAGS people. Do not trust your credit card with this company, they will charge you extra fees if you break their TOS. If you think, "OK i'll give it a try, maybe I'll be lucky and actually get good service, what can I lose.".. If your time is not worth anything, give these guys a try. You have been warned... Don't say you haven't been.

PS. Switched from HFB to FPS, same files transferred. Where HFB was choppy, and borderline unplayable, Fps ran the same files like clockwork.

Bad to missing support and massive downtime

Well i rentet the server, thinking it would work when i used the automatet setup fuctions they provide.
This did not install database tables that are requierd for the server to run and i had to manually instally this, since they refused to do anything to fix this for me, saying it does it automaticly and that i had a selfmanaged server.

When i finally fixed this on my own, it seemed like it was actually running pretty well (usually), besides the fact that i had to fix minor errors in some of theire scripts and support for anything here is minimal to missing, condecending answers are not uncommon here either and they really like to point out the fact that its self managed servers, however i think they are forgetting that some settings are actually not accesable to the common user.

anyways theire downtime and moving around stuff on my server got to me in the end ...

about 1/3 of the month i had a server there it was unusable to me for multple reasons that had nothing to do with what i changed on the server.
we are talking control panel being unaccesable for long perods of time, database being unaccesable for long perods of time or just general server downtime where nothing worked.

aparently they also had a fetish with moving my server and changing the ip of it ... 3 times i got new ip in the month i was there and last time they changed it they where kind enough to delete all my customized files aswell.

no refunds, compensation or excuses was given to me even tho i made it very clear that 1/3 of a month could not in any way make up for me paying for a full month server rent, however threats was made against me when i told them i would write about this!

overall you best reconsidder if you thinking about renting a server there, as it might just bite you in the ass ... servers runs good (when they are actually running) but im glad i never migratet my main server to this place!
