I wish there were no stars to give. My windows look worse than when I started.
Hester is a serious fraud. The business is not only unprofessional and frivolous, but illegal and punishable in most countries. They pretend to be a Norwegian company, but in reality they are running their criminal business from a country that does not regulate such things. The company advertises free shipping and that there are no additional costs beyond what is advertised in the ad. In reality, there are costs for customs clearance into Norway. In addition to this the product is lousy and does not deliver what it promises. Among robotic window cleaners, this has to be the worst one ever made. Have you ever found a test where this product has been found worthy of being included? Well, I can tell you. You haven’t. No one has! Don’t be fooled by these criminals. DO NOT BUY!!!
I recently purchased a product from HesterPro, and I must say I was quite my experience with Hester was deeply disappointing, largely due to their abysmal customer service. I was initially hopeful, but the lengthy delivery time, taking nearly a month, was just the beginning of my troubles. When the product finally arrived, not only was it of poor quality but whilst trying to address these issues with their customer service the responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked the slightest hint of empathy for my situation.
