The lady at the return counter was really nice. We easily extended our rental for a few days. The extension process was easy to extend and pretty flexible. Thanks and Mahalo for that. Aloha

It was discovered that my car needed some repairs when inbrought it into routine sevice. Thankfully there was a conveniently lovated Hertz location near the dealership. They accommodated my rental request I made online really quickly and the vehicle was cleab and in good working order. It was also really easy to manage my rental online—i was able to extend the return by a few hours. And they also gave me clear instructions on how to return the car when jr was time. No fuss. I love it..
