I prepaid the rental for 200 dollars for a 7 seater van. When I arrived I was informed I would not be allowed to have the vehicle because I didn't have a credit card for the deposit, only debit. I had to cram my wife baby and enough luggage for all 3 of us to move countries in a tiny car because of this. Never renting here again.
Friendly and fast service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. Costs were explained so I could understand. We received a very nice and comfortable vehicle that rode well and was easy to drive. I would use Hertz again!!
