They never have the vehicle you reserve…

They never have the vehicle you reserve on hand. If I reserve a sedan or a smaller vehicle, I should not be given a SUV with SUV prices. This makes NO sense. When the vehicle a customer reserves is NOT in stock I dont understand why the customer is not given another vehicle for the same price. The Hertz employees are like do you want the higher priced vehicle or Not. If you NEVER have sedans why are sedans offered on your site for this location.
