The manager is rude and disrespectful…
The manager is rude and disrespectful and should not be in a management position!! Hertz is allowing you to book cars at lower rate then you get there and say that car not available and rhe other cars are up charges so eventually you pay more on a prepaid rental !! Then they charge you toll when your own toll is on the car and you know have to fight to get refund!! Its the worst

The car was not vacuumed
The car was not vacuumed. The passenger seat had dog and human hair. Also, the trunk was full of dog hair. I never had an issue with car rentals being dirty. Never using Hertz at this location again.
