JT/CREW at Lithia Springs continues to rep in excellence each time I'm renting. I've been in a vehicle for 62 days on this recent reservation. Wanted to go on but they stood on policy to not extend beyond that time. Very apologetic but they stood on businesd.

Selection was not what I’d hoped for
I was disappointed that the car was not a Nissan Rogue as expected; didn’t feel the Ford Escape was similar. However the customer service representative was pleasant and we did not encounter any problems.

The customer service was expectional from the moment I picked up my rental and when I returned it. However, I can never get a cleaned vehicle when I rent. I always have to go home and clean the inside of the car and sometimes outside.

Overall the service was good
Overall the service was good. I am disappointed I could not redeem my available points to cover the rental.

No cars available
Prepaid and reserved a vehicle two months in advance and was called on the pick up date and told they didn't have any vehicles available. Then they made jump through hoops to even request a refund. Finally, I was told it would take 5 to 10 business days to refund me. Absolutely horrible service, never use them.
