Service from Teresa was excellent - and I do not know what happened, but I have already sent you a review about her excellent service and the excellent service of Hertz overall. However, I am happy to do it again! The only tiny issue - and it is just to say, tiny - is just vacuum the driver side floor before providing the car - it was a bit dirt-crusted.
