I had an appointment to pickup the rental, no one was around to meet us. The car was dirty, we asked to have it washed. They told me the car had a quarter of a tank. I hadn't driven 15 miles before the Low fuel notification came on. Returning the car was the same situation. No one was there to accept the ruturn. The Toyota dealer paged the agent and then I had to call the number before he came.
Pick up is close by and staff are professional. We have never had any mechanical issues with the vehicle we rent.
