Car smelled heavily of burnt marijuana

Car smelled heavily of burnt marijuana. Representative David even admitted, “they did best they could to clean it”.There was even an air freshener vent in it.

Was in a rush, they had no replacement.

Back and forth with management for months to resolve. Could not give a refund because I paid in advance. Gave me a voucher off a rental. However no Hertz will accept it. The main corporate Hertz can not even figure out how to redeem it.
