Rented a car at rdu airport and agent…

Rented a car at rdu airport and agent pulled a fast one by charging me 188.00 for full coverage insurance which I never agreed to. Normally places will have you check a box for each add on and agent did not do that. I noticed invoice next day on a 5 day rental and canceled right away. No I got refunded but took me hours out of my time for their so called mistake. Talking with other people it seems like I’m not the only one. Now I settle my payment issue that took a month, I just received another email for 14.00 in tolls. Great ad I don’t have a problem with that except for the fact they charged me a 25.00 extra convenience fee on top. Do not rent from hertz. Been renting cars for 48 years and they are by far the worse in every aspect.
