Extending my rental nightmare

Everything was good until I needed to extend my rental. I would've been charged $350 extra for 2 more days but if I made a new rental for the 2 days I would only be charged $220. I called and talked to a Specialist and was told I needed to drive the 1 hr to where I rented from to return and re-rent the same vehicle. Terrible customer service on this. Why change the daily rate from $82 to $116.99 and back charge for the previous days to the new rate. If i didn't have a way that didnt cost me any more I would've just went to Enterprise after being told to drive back to rent vehicle again. The store had nothing to do with this it is a Hertz issue

Great experience!!

Seamless experience with the rental and the staff at the rental office. Would definitely rent a car from this location again.
