Took longer than expected to get my vehicle and there was only 1 customer there besides me and there is no place to sit..I signed up for gold membership pary so I wouldn't have to wait as I have bad knees and i cant stand for longer than 10 minutes.The gas was NOT full and I have been charged for tolls AGAIN when I paid cash and used MY OWN ez pass...I made sure the pass in vehicle was CLOSED and yet this is second time I'm being charged WHEN I ALREADY PAID
