The Hertz employee was very friendly and helpful. I forgot his name. But he was great!

You can’t trust them!
They didn’t have the vehicle I rented. They gave me a vehicle with 44000 miles, that smelled so bad that made my wife sick. So we had to drive all the way back to the airport and extra 80 miles round trip to exchange the car there. So we waisted half a day, cost of fuel, and energy, because they didn’t do their job of having the vehicle that was reserved many day prior. Very poor customer service. Their competitors do such a better job, and you can tell based on the numbers from each location in the area.
