Had a couple of rim cracks in my alloys. Excellent customer service - were able to fit me in the same day and complete the works while I waited. Very professional. Was hoping to do some work while I waited but ended up watching how a brand new M4 was brought back to life having crashed into a house on the tv in reception whilst drinking a couple of very nice cups of coffee!

Herts wheels just got my alloy wheel fixed.
The wheel had two buckles and had started to rust. The job looks absolutely perfect and was turned around in two days. Great bunch of guys and easy to find near the M25.

Had a set of BBS split rim wheels refurbed with new tyre's. brilliant job. also replaced the integral valves i supplied which one was faulty. great customer service from Carl who dealt with the problem in a proffesional & courteous manner. also the use of a courtesy car while the job was being done made it hassle free.
would definitely use again & highly reccomend.

2nd time I have used this company to refurbish alloy wheels, they are friendly, timely, honest and a pleasure to work with, best prices, best job, highly recommended.

I went to this business for alloy repair & refurbishment, as well as painting the calipers, hub area, and brake heat cover. Everything seemed fine at first — we agreed on a price without any issues. Later, they called me saying, “We can’t do this, it’s too complicated,” as if it was rocket science. Honestly, it was laughable.

Before all this, I bought wheel bolts from them after they inspected my car. I had to chase them for a week just to get them. These bolts were recommended after seeing the vehicle, yet they didn’t even fit. When I asked for a refund, they refused — simply because the box was opened. As if there's any other way to check fitment!

This level of service is far from professional. £70 might not mean much to some, but this isn’t the kind of business philosophy that earns trust.

Dropped wheel off Thursday picked up Saturday all repaired with new tyre fitted they replaced wheel on car put spare away what more does' anybody want very quick service no waiting around thanks

Another sun visor strip fitted when I had to replace my windscreen . Lifetime guarantee as always and done within 20 minutes. Trouble is when I’m down there it’s like a kid in a sweetshop ! So many services these guys offer and it’s hard to say no . Best car pumping company in Hertfordshire.

Superb price and service, called for window tints and was squeezed in the following day, left the car with them, was offered a courtesy car for a small fee, but didn’t need it. Picked the car up later when all done.

Can't thank these guys enough, failed MOT on cracked wheel and 2 tyres, they collected car from garage on a Friday afternoon, I only called at 3pm Friday and all was done for a great price by Saturday afternoon. They are even dropping car back for retest for a small fee Had cracked alloy welded here before on a different wheel a year ago and it's still perfect. Great prices on tyres. Recommend highly

I went in to have my wheels refurbished , they advised to have my callipers done and centre badge of which I would not of thought of brilliant job and advice. Sarah cox ,

What a great firm to have something done really helpful and friendly and to top it off they did a fantastic job refurbishing my wheels, did not think they would look that good. So if you want your wheels refurbished go here.

I had my BMW wheels refurbished last week. I decided on the gloss black finish to match my black exterior bodywork. I was delighted with the excellent 1st class service I experienced with the marvellous job Herts wheels did on the car. The black gloss wheels looked stunning. Superb service- highly recommended. One of my alloy wheels was cracked and buckled due to pothole damage and the outer alloy surfaces were in poor condition with significant corrosion. Most of the places I found online who advertised wheel repairs only carried out cosmetic and not structural repairs so I eventually contacted Herts Wheels after finding good reviews online. When I bought the car 6 years ago they had been refurbished but never looked great and within two or three years had degraded again. Sherry was excellent; very helpful, friendly and efficient. The team who did the repairs did an amazing job and they look brand new and 10x better than when they were refurbished previously. It wasn't cheap but I didn't feel they charged too much for what they have done. They have clearly done the work properly and the wheels look amazing. Overall I felt it was good value for the quality of the end result and still a huge saving compared to buying new wheels. Ultimately you get what you pay for!. Would absolutely recommend these guys. Absolutely fantastic Job done on my alloy wheels. They needed a complete refurbishment after being seriously corroded and scuffed. They did the job in 2 days, gave me a courtesy car and updated me at every stage- excellent customer service and the wheels now look brand new. Would highly recommend!!

My customer experience from the time I made the booking to having my Alloy Wheels refurbished was excellent. When I arrived, I was welcomed at the appointed time by the manager, a loan set of wheels was fitted to my car. The time taken to do the refurbishment was 2 full days and the end result was that my 4 Alloy wheels were like a Brand New Set of Wheels.
