The gentlemen that provided the white glove service were great. They put everything together in a timely manner and were very careful. Our new headboard is perfect. The only odd thing that happened was that we would get recorded calls several times a day about delivery. That was a bit excessive.

Dresser is very poorly put together for price. It looks like it's been in a shipping crate jostled around for a year. IT also looks like it was glued on one foot and has quite a few raggedy edges, the drawers dont close properly and it has terrible off gassing. not at all what I was expecting. IT also took a longtime to arrive.

The desk is of great quality and style! The desk was delivered in about 5 days. Great experience!

I was skeptical at first since I had not heard of this company before. Once delivered, I am very happy with our cabinet and it is great quality. We paid for assembly too and it was well worth it.

I was very nervous at first to order a tv console based on some very bad past reviews, but it is clear HERNEST has turned things around. The TV console arrived quickly, was already put together (besides the hardware), no damage, and is beautiful. I love it. I have not needed customer assistance at any point, but they seem very ready to help at any moment.

My only negative comment is that one of the doors is missing the holes to put in the hardware, so I will need to drill those myself.

Such a great piece of furniture, it’s heavy! Can definitely tell the quality is great on this piece but obviously wished it was slight more affordable. The delivery was a bit stressful but it went through a 3rd party.

Well made furniture, great delivery service and excellent customer service.

I had a mixed experience at first because of delivery delays and an issue with the table, but I appreciate that the customer service team stayed responsive and worked with me to find a solution. In the end, they handled the situation professionally and provided support throughout the process.

The bed arrived with no issue, was easy to assemble with instructions provided. Wood color is true to picture. Solid bed! So happy with this purchase.

The table did arrive with a minor manufacturing defect, but when I reached out to their team, they responded immediately and arranged a replacement for us within a week. Good morning. This is Andrew A Robinson. The order came to my house but they never called me to alert me that they were dropping the furniture in the street. My construction crew told me that the items were in the street on a skid. I have photos. I felt extremely disappointed that your delivery personnel would leave 2600.00 worth of extremely nice furniture outside in the street without notifying me at all. After all you have my phone number. Not good especially after spending that kind of money. I would have expected more from your organization.

This was my first time purchasing from this site. At first I was skeptical because after I had placed the order , I read the reviews on Reddit and they wasn’t good. Then when I received it the box had “Return “ written on it and the box was damaged. But once my husband opened it and put it together, all the pieces were there and there was no damage. The table is absolutely stunning, quality is very good as well. I love it!!!
