Takes no responsibility for defective games

I had a download from this company after one of their physical games didn't work. They lied through their teeth that the issue was with my hardware. It wasnt. Eventually they sent the link so i could play the (not cheap) game.On upgrading my laptop I tried to download the game again, but the link no longer works. I contacted them only to be told, in a rather brusque and rude manner, that they no longer support the game and it had been decommissioned. No offer of an alternative game to the same value. Very disappointed
