I think the whole herdy sheep theme is lovely and love the use of the herdy sheep wool in pillows, mattresses etc. However I feel all the products are overpriced. The wool pillows don't last long at all regardless of the aftercare (pulling the wool apart in the pillow etc). They compress and go flat extremely quickly with no time guarantee on purchase which I feel there should be for the cost. The mugs are lovely but expensive and are not dishwasher safe. Our favourite thing to purchase from the shop was the family planner/organiser which my children loved! But now they've discontinued as apparently couples had complained it doesn't suit them. A bit of a shame. And lastly the customer service received in the shops is usually below par. Not very friendly or welcoming.

I love the Herdy soft toys- good quality and a great cause. We need to support our heritage animals to prevent them being lost.
I've bought them for niece's babies as they have animal and farming links, and Herdys are a bit special.

Bought ‘seconds’ from Great Yorkshire show. First time used Sunday morning once driven back to Scotland and it’s split top to base scalding husbands fingers. Seconds should be glazing issues or blips in surface not Unusable at £10 each. Awaiting your reply.

Nice looking mugs, stamped on the base saying dishwasher and microwave compatible
However when you get home and take out the cardboard cuff inside the mug, it states that the mug can only be cleaned in the dishwasher occasionally and with delicate cleaning materials
Not sure what trading standards would make of these two opposing statements

I really like the Herdy items. Always good quality and lovely designs. Having said that, there were errors in my recent order, but I had a very quick response from customer service and it should hopefully be rectified soon.
Update: great service, all sorted out very quickly by customer service!

We were visiting Hawkshead for a family anniversary and went to the shop in Windermere as we wanted to buy another ewe to accompany the orange one we already have. We bought a green one and once again are delighted with the product, the staff in the shop were very helpful and friendly. I do feel that you need to add a pair to the range ie a Ewe and a Tup together as they would look great together

Love the products, all so far very high quality. Just a comment on the oven glove. The stitching to separate off thumb from fingers is so irritating I've had to unpick it!

Absolutely outstanding service received from Lisa. Such a fabulous product which is very well made and beautifully designed. We are definitely lifelong customers!

I love visiting your shops when up in the lakes with my daughter and her family, staying in her holiday lodge which she always has great pleasure in showing me her latest purchase from your shop to add a herdy feel to her lodge…. Kitchen, bedrooms, lounge and even the entrance which starts the theme off !!!! Super friendly staff too and so nice to read you are such a supportive company to the local areas around you !!after signing up for your news letters to keep up dated with new products and what’s going on too. Well done 👏🏻

Recently bought a Yan mug from the Herdy shop in Grasmere. Such a fun place and such cute things. Couldn't resist buying a lime green Yan mug. I gave it as a gift to my wife and it is her go to mug now.

We love purchasing Herdy items and when in the Lakes we always have to visit the shops. Recently we have purchased Christmas decorations and some stocking fillers. Always find the quality of the products is brilliant and the designs make everyone in the family smile.

The Herdy products are all very cute and the service is excellent. We highly appreciate the individual delivery to Germany. Thank you very much!

Love all the herdy products,they make you smile and are all excellent quality and the customer service is excellent,recently dealt with lisa as a purchase was somehow broken on arrival even though we'll packaged,she sent a replacement very promptly and was lovely to deal with.Good customer service can't be underestimated these days as its rare.
So far have a herdy mattress (with surprise free herdy!!) Blanket,mugs,chopping board and coasters...all excellent products as well as the free downloads for phone homescreens (i like exercise herdy and gardening herdy),they just cheer up your day...wish you did herdy towels and cushions...

Came across the shop in Kendall by chance. What an absolute joy! The lady running the shop was very welcoming and explained the products to me with great patience and enough humor for it not to feel like a heavy sell. Bought a superb English-made bone china mug that features my favorite breed of sheep and my tea now never tasted so good! Will be back again soon 😁

Absolutely LOVE Herdy - I have been to the shop in Kendal and it's lovely. All the products are beautiful - difficult to not buy one of everything ! I have had loads of nice comments about Herdy things - especially my handbag. The "Hello Ewe" welcome mat is adorable - yet more comments from visitors to my home. Herdy is super special and make great gifts for every occasion. Unique. Thank you.

We stayed at my sister's a couple of months ago and slept on a Herdy mattress for a week. We were so impressed that we immediately bought one! We are so pleased with it, it is extremely comfortable.
The lady in customer services was very helpful and pleasant when we were placing the order.

Please note you are not to use a dishwasher with their cups you have to purchase a special cleaner otherwise they badly stain and their way of dealing with my complaint was a lecture on the phone and only concern for The Herdy Co and theirs or maybe Lisa’s in customer service adamant strict process for the company as that’s literally how it felt and I have an email from Lisa ‘ I am sorry you were left disappointed by your situation and hope that you will continue to be of our customers !!! All I can say is highly unlike Lisa
