Ils m'ont refusé un retour de commande à 50 euros car j'ai dépassé le délai de 2 jours.Après avoir acheté 2 impulse 500 et 2 impulse T7 premium, la réponse est limite pour un service client...
Donc je banni cette société, j'achèterai ailleurs et une autre marque...Achetez français qu'ils disent.... Partout ailleurs c'est 30 jours les retours au passage....
Bref, société et matériel à fuir.
vergognosi, gli ho spedito a riparare una consolle perchè mi hanno detto telefonicamente che l'avrebbero riparata gratis. dopo 2 settimane mi mandano una mail chiedendomi 50 euro. scocciato, accetto, solo per poi trovarmi un'altra mail dopo giorni in cui dicevano di essersi sbagliati e di volerne 90. a questo punto richiedo la consolle indietro e questi simpaticoni continuano a dire che me la spediscono subito ogni volta che li chiamo ma sono ben 2 mesi che aspetto e non mi è ancora arrivata nessuna mail di conferma della spedizione né nulla.

Wie had het nog kunnen dromen. Rond kerstmis is de zaak dan toch in orde gekomen. Na wat heen en weer mailen om de techniekers toch te overtuigen dat wel degelijk de HDD defect was, werd het toestel afgehaald, en inmiddels ook hersteld teruggeleverd met alles erop en eraan. Enkel mijn nieuwe voeding die ik net ter vervanging had gekocht is achtergebleven. Een kleine adapter werd in de plaats geleverd. Nu daar kan ik wel mee leven. Alles werkt prima en dat is het belangrijkste. Dus ik pas mijn score aan in positieve zin. (foto Hercules écafé en Prophetview720 scherm)
