paid for next day delivery 4 days ago…

paid for next day delivery 4 days ago still no parcel no contact after numerous messages. i contacted DPD with tracking number and was told they had not received any parcel from herbtools.co.uk going to my address so iv had to report them to the fraud department of my bank.

I ordered a downpipe and a glass bowl from them and the downpipe came in three different pieces(smashed) and the bowl wasn't even in any bubble wrap. Tried to contact them filled out complaint form which was 2 week ago still heard nothing.I will be sticking to ali bongo next time never had problem and they got in contact right away.absolute joke

Echoing much of the below

Echoing much of the below, I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase.

The dispatch was late, despite paying for next day DPD.

The glass product then arrived cracked, I have raised a ticket for each point, and like everyone below, have received no response from the store.

I wouldn't use this site again, I can forgive a late dispatch, I can forgive an item being damaged in transit.

I can't forgive completely unacceptable customer service where the idea is to ignore any problems they have...

This is very disappointing.

Ordered two glass items a few weeks …

Ordered two glass items a few weeks ago, one arrived broken. I've contacted them twice (first on the day of delivery and a week later) to arrange replacement and they have completely ignored me apart from autoreply emails. Avoid if you want any sort of customer service

If I could have left no stars I would have…

This company is awful!
I've contacted them twice via email and as yet I have had no reply whatsoever!!! It all started on Wednesday the 8th November when I made a purchase. To be fair the item did arrive on Friday but incomplete as the top was missing... My hubby emailed them straight away on the Friday and he got a standard reply email advising someone will contact within 48 hours... Nothing, not a dicky bird has been sent as a way of a reply so Thursday the 16th I messaged them again... I stupidly thought oh they must've made a mistake, maybe they're short staffed, these things happen! And yet, here we are, it is now Wednesday the 22nd November, two weeks later from the original purchase and still no contact from Herbtools!
Nothing!
Not a reply to either email and yes I have checked my spam folder!
Worse than this, is the fact that there is no contact telephone number in order to talk to someone about any issues... I WONDER WHY!
They don't accept Paypal and I suspect this is probably because they have a history of absolutely uncaring, unhelpful and totally disgraceful customer service and cost Paypal too much money in refunds, as I would've claimed my money back had I had the option to pay with Paypal! It also hasn't gone unnoticed by myself that the cost to get the payment refunded by my bank would end up costing me more than the item and besides, they were quick enough to take my money they should be quick enough to put right THEIR mistake! I will never ever use this company again and I will advise every possible person I meet along the course of my life to avoid this company like the plague! I now have an expensive piece of useless tat and a company that refuses to even acknowledge my emails! Disgusting! Not a happy consumer! My next email is to trading standards!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DIRE AND THEY'VE BASICALLY ROBBED ME OF £35!!!!!

Worst Online Purchase Ever

This is quite literally my worst online experience! I’ve had some issues with Amazon, but they always refunded when I didn’t receive an item. I tried to have consistent email communication with the customer support during the process of my order since they didn’t offer tracked shipping, but all of that was cut off out of nowhere. No replies, no reach-outs or confirmations; nothing. I’ve tried sending them emails several times with no acknowledgement. This has been happening since September (of this year.) Not only have I still not received the product to this date, but customer service literally won’t respond to any of my emails. That’s $42 I had to save up for that is now, in my opinion, stolen by this site. Please heed my urgent warning when considering business with these people.

Bad Experience

I had originally placed an order not knowing they were outside the U.S.
Attempted to cancel I got no response
They shipped it anyway
Packaged poorly since the perc inside had broken had to wait until Monday for a response from them (receivied shipment on Friday)
They claim to respond within 48 hours and still no response.
I honestly would like to speak to someone but I guess they only have a contact via Name Number Email Comment that's it
I just want a refund....

delivery was really impressive

delivery was really impressive, I was given a 1 hour time slot for when the delivery would be made. I was dubious at first as I thought, how could they literally time the delivery that well? But wow, right bang on time it came.
