Do not use this company. They are flaky. You do not keep their word.

Was supposed to have shipping in three to four business days after that getting free shipping. it is 12 days later and they say it won't even start to be shipped until 2 days from now. I called and they told me it was out of stock - without ever telling me. It was a product that I needed as an emergency for my health. I will never use them again and recommend to Windmill not to use them that as retail customers. They give their company a bad name.

Phew!I received my orders

Phew! I have actually made an order before coming here for reviews and I was even convinced I have been scammed.i had to ask chatgpt and it said Herbspro is legit.longstory short,I just recieved my orders,it took two weeks to arrive to france.

Not a real businesss

Nothing shipped - I don't think it's a real business. Said the product was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days, it's now 7 days and nothing. I'm worried that they have my credit card number because this place does not seem legitimate.

Very good service

Very good service. Took just over a week to the UK and order was processed in 3 days. Multiple communications and assurances via email were received. Order was protected by SavedBy package protection for around a pound. Shipping was about £15 to the uk. Shipping confirmation was received within 3 days and tracking by Asendia and Royal Mail worked to keep me informed while it was on the way. There were no issues at customs. The item I ordered was well priced and not readily available from anywhere else in the uk apart from eBay where costs and shipping costs are high with no guarantee of arrival. So all in all a positive experience that I hope can be repeated in future orders. :)

My order NEVER arrived. Waiting almost 2 months. Ordered May 6th

Ordered products on May 6th. They have never arrived. I've emailed customer support 3 times , zero response. When I look up the tracking number it appears not to have left yet, even though I receieved an email saying your order has shipped. I provided the shipping number to the third party shipping company, they told me the shipping number didn't exist! So this company is a scam? Super disappointed in their lack of professionalism and response to their customers. My advice NEVER buy from this website.

No response from customer support

I placed an order and received an email saying the package has been shipped. However, when I checked, the package was missing one item. I emailed to enquire on the missing item on 5 June, but there has been no response after a week. I also see that the shipment has not moved at all, just a label created but waiting for seller to provide package. If it is trying to resolve the problem on the backend, at least send an email to say so. I am starting to wonder if this is a scam retailer.

No goods no response

I ordered from herbspro in January but never received the shipment. I followed up with 3 emails and a message through their website and didn’t receive an answer to any of those queries. I did get an email in March asking me to rate their service, I again told them that I had not received the shipment. In my experience this company is a complete scam.

I ordered Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg

I ordered Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. 1000 capsules (price about 20 dollars) but was sent Diphenhydramine HCI 50mg. 100 capsules (price about 3 dollars). in addition to the price difference, international shipping and tolls were significant. This type of mistake should not happen when selling medication. Follow up- in response to my complaints the company offered to refund or send the correct item. I chose the correct item but now the company says they will only refund. We shall see what happens.

Do not I repeat do not order from this company. They tout same-day shipping. It’s been seven days and my order has not even shipped yet. It took me four times to get to speak to someone and when you call the option number two for customer service or tracking doesn’t work I tried it three times and no one answers that phone. It just goes dead, I was forced to take option one which is to order something and that person knows nothing they could not tell me what the problem was in the meantime in the meantime, I have received no emails no responses to my four emails no tracking information nothing. They shouldn’t even be in business. They suck .

BEWARE

BEWARE! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My experience doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a $67 probiotic which requires refrigeration. When I received it, they packed it with 2 gel packs that were completely thawed out and lukewarm warm. The probiotic was room temperature and no good since it wasn’t cold. I called several times and left messages with no response. I also sent 2 emails with no response. This company and the people running it are shysters. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.
