Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear of your negative experience.
We are an insurance broker and offer insurance through a number of online brands including Tradesman Saver and Salon Gold.
If money has been taken from your account it will relate to the automatic renewal of an insurance policy you had with us. You will have been emailed full details 21 days prior to your renewal date and given the opportunity to opt out of automatic renewal. If you no longer require the insurance, just let us know and we can arrange for a full refund.
If you could email full details to info@henryseymour.co.uk we can investigate fully for you and arrange a refund if cover is no longer required.
