I have been a customer for quite a few years and their staff are very helpful and give sound advice.
I have purchased lots of Lee reloading components from them over the years for friends who are new to reloading. They say what calibre they require and I look around for every item required and check stock and prices from a few UK suppliers. I managed to purchase every item required for a friend who wanted to start reloading his full bore rifle. All Lee items in stock and cheaper than their competitors.

Bore light was so dim you can only see a pin head of light in a dark room.Tried both batteries must be faulty. Contacted HK via emails, No response in 3 days. It has now been refunded for the faulty torch only. I had to pay the return postage.

A national treasure of a gun shop. I was the manager of Formby gun shop for a few years before it shut and can confirm they always gave great service both to the trade and personally.

Needed spare parts for my Uberti 1873 rifle. John identified the parts and took the trouble to phone me to update me and explain that one of the parts had been changed by Uberti. Couldn't ask for better service.
